Shipping Estimate and Method of Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Because all of our rhinestone tees
are custom made, please allow up to one week for processing. All orders are shipped via UPS. For your
protection, all items are insured.
Large orders of custom rhinestone tees, may be shipped in two separate packages. It is important
to us that your dog’s tees fit! Since all of our tees are custom made after your order is placed,
we will often preship one tee to make sure we have the correct size prior to filling your order.
You will only be charged the flat shipping rate of $7.50 on the first shipment. After the correct
size is confirmed, the remainder of your shipment will be shipped free of charge.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for standard or ground delivery of your order
if shipped within the continental United States. Please note that standard or ground shipping may take
1-5 business days for delivery. If you wish to have your order expedited, please contact us at

for additional charges before placing your order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and you can then track
your order. Detailed tracking information is available through the UPS website. Please notify us
if a package is not received within 1 week.
International Shipping Charges
We are happy to ship to any international destination. Please contact us at

for additional charges before placing an order. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or
damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any
customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. We apologize but we
cannot estimate your country’s customs charges. If any package is refused, because of these charges and sent
back to us, the following fees will be imposed prior to the refund being made to your credit card:
Total cost of shipping charges back to us, a $5 service fee and a 25% cancellation fee for the entire purchase price.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Please notify us immediately if an order needs to be cancelled or changed. At that time
we can determine if it is possible to cancel or change a portion, or all of your order. If your order
has been processed and charged but not shipped, you may be subject to a $5 service fee and a 25%
restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of custom tees already made and the credit card processing fees.
Sales Tax
If your order is shipped to a Texas address, your order will incur a 7.75% sales tax
added to your total purchase price.
Undeliverable Packages
Any package returned for the following reasons: Refused, Invalid Address, Unknown
Address or Insufficient Address, will be subject to the actual shipping charges to reship your package.
Please make sure your address is complete and correct when submitting your order. We will make every
effort to contact you when a problem arises. If we are forced to cancel the order after the first
shipment has been made because we are unsuccessful in reaching you for address verification, you will be
charged a $5 service fee and a 25% cancellation fee of the entire purchase price. Original shipping,
insurance, packaging, handling and postage fees will not be refunded.
Returns
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Dog Tees, Etc.
If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with any item, please return it to us within 15 days from the
date of invoice. We will make any changes you like, including an exchange or refund (credit) to your credit card.
Sale items or personalized and custom made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We cannot accept damaged or soiled items. Any item that shows signs of stains, dirt,
excess pet hair, stretched, washed, chewed, holes or rips, will not be accepted as a return.
Dog Tees, Etc. reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion if not received within
15 days from the date of the original invoice or if the items are used or damaged.
Please measure your dog before ordering. If unsure of the correct size, please contact us
before placing your order. We will be happy to help you with the correct size or answer any other
questions. All questions should be sent to info@dogteesetc.com. Often at our discretion, we will ship
one tee to be sure we have the correct size before large orders are processed.
Please make sure items are returned in their original, unused condition including all
packaging and tags. Please include a copy of the original invoice and instruction as to what
action is needed to resolve the problem. We will not accept returns sent back C.O.D. We are not
responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection, we suggest you
send your return via UPS, Fed Ex or by US Postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation
for tracking purposes. Please allow 15 business days to process your return.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the
responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned and you choose an alternate product, it will
be shipped to you at our expense for the first occurrence (not valid on international shipments or
shipments outside the continental US). Any return/exchange thereafter, will incur a 25% restocking
fee and actual shipping charges to reship.
Claims for Shipping
Claims for breakage or damages occurring during shipping must be made to the carrier.
We, the shipper, cannot file a claim for you. We will be happy to assist you with further information if
needed in filing a claim.
Other Returns
Dog Tees, Etc. is the retail web site for items manufactured by Dog in the Closet.
Items manufactured by Dog in the Closet that are purchased at other retail stores must be returned to the
store of original purchase. Only items purchased at www.dogteesetc.com may be returned. If an item
purchased at another store must be returned, Dog in the Closet will work with that store in resolving any problems.
Warranty
Dog Tees Etc. and our manufacturer Dog in the Closet warrants to the original retail
purchaser that the merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.
Should the merchandise prove defective, Dog Tees, Etc. will, at its option, replace the merchandise when returned
to its warehouse. Dog Tees, Etc. must be given written notice of any such claimed defect within 48 hours of delivery,
and merchandise is to be submitted freight prepaid for examination. Dog Tees, Etc and Dog in the Closet shall not
have any responsibility or liability for damage in shipment or that arising from accidents, abuse or improper use
of the goods or merchandise. Pets should be properly supervised while wearing or using any of our products. Please
examine all leashes, collars and harness vests before each use. Items of clothing do eventually wear out! The
safety of your dog is very important to us so any worn out items should be replaced when items show extensive signs of wear.
